It is said that human-powered search engines are the new age search engines, and will give Google a run for its money. Topicle may just be one of it. That is why this is started - H!P Radar:

It uses Google’s Custom Search Engine technology, it will search whatever website you feed to it. The beauty of this is ANYONE may add any website to the list. So go ahead and add to the list, as long as it is Hello! Project related it may turn out to be quite useful. Then rate each of the added URLs in terms of its quality and its relevance. Remember that everyone will be using it, so please do not spam. For starters, I have added a few main sites, and the winners of Intl Wota Awards.

However, if you feel like going through the Web Feed way, there is International Wota.
But don’t forget HNPH also. ^_^
